Shipping Policy
All products are shipped via Royal Mail.
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the option chosen at the checkout. Please be aware that shipping rates will vary around the world. While the precise delivery time will vary by region, we aim for parcels to be with you between 5-10 days.
Please bear in mind that the current COVID-19 pandemic might extend delivery times.
Orders are shipped from London within 2 business days after payment is received and cleared. As soon as your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will include the parcel's tracking number.
Taxes & Duties
Product prices include VAT, but do not include shipping or duties.
Please be aware that duties vary around the world. We do not currently cover pre-paid duties and taxes so please note that shipping from the United Kingdom to your destination might enclose additional charges.
We are not responsible if customers fail to be notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting customs duties and tax payments.
If you are to refuse delivery due to customs fees, a £25 return fee will be withdrawn from your refund in order to cover return shipping.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Our current systems prevent us from changing an order once it has been placed. Please ensure to double-check the order and product details when placing an order.
Once the order has been placed, we are unable to alter the delivery address to a different country. In addition, orders with incorrect delivery addresses that cannot be shipped will be cancelled.
