If you are not satisfied with your product(s) ordered, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. You are only eligible for a full refund if the product(s) is returned in the same condition it was in upon your receipt: the product(s) should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered and/or worn, and with all original tags and packaging.

To start a refund or an exchange, please contact us at info@r4clothing.com. We will get back to you regarding how and where you will be returning the product(s).
We are not responsible for any shipping or duties costs associated with returns. Upon reception, inspection, and approval of the returned item, the refund will be processed or, in case of an exchange, your new product(s) will be dispatched as soon as possible.
*Please note that if your returned product(s) does not pass our checks, we will inform you via e-mail and the products will be sent to you at your own cost.
